Trying to eat healthy while you are at Disney World is not an easy task, or at least it didn't use to be. Thankfully over the years Disney has begun incorporating healthier options into their dining options both in the parks and at the resorts.
Here we have compiled some tips to help you eat healthy while at Disney World.
Do your research. Knowing where you can find healthy options in the parks and at the resorts. Check out the Disney Food Blog for dining options, menus, and reviews. And don't be afraid to contact Disney and ask about options available at restaurants with a set-menu, call 407-824-5967 or email email@example.com.
Look for fresh, non-processed food options. Disney has gotten a lot better about having fresh fruit and veggies available at the theme parks and resorts. Take advantage of this! Grab a fruit salad or some veggies to munch on throughout the day.
Moderation is key! Something I have learned in my quest for a healthy lifestyle is to remember that moderation is the key to success. Choose a smaller portion size or eat a salad for dinner if you had a big lunch. Don't completely deprive yourself at Disney World, you are on vacation after all!
