LOL!!!!! No, DH is not Dopey, maybe a bit Grumpy at times.... 
We are going in the beginning of August. Had considered a trip to Vegas and Grand Canyon this summer but couldn't resist the 4/3 deal......Vegas will still be there next year!
We're staying at POFQ and can't wait for park hours to be released. We're not commando planners, we know what we like at each park.....but we do love our fine dining and looking forward to making adr's.

I know we've got some big (and knowledgeable) Vegas fans around here. Have you been?
DW and I enjoy dining out in Disney, too. Scott Joseph, the former Orlando Sentinel food critic posts here now and again--he's shared some of his insights and reviews with us over on the dining forums. Good stuff.

Dining's the best part for me. You should weigh in on our comparison threads where we give the advantages and disadvantages of various restaurants and resorts. What are some of your favorites?
