I have not subscribed to touringplans.com, so I was wondering if any of you that are possibly subscribed could give us some info on this. DH and I will be there 4/21 - 4/27 and just wondering what they're predicting for crowd levels. It's a couple weeks after Easter, so we're hoping that all the Spring Breakers will be finished for the most part. Any info is GREATLY appreciated. Thanks all!

, but my visits at the beginning of May have usually yielded moderate traffic. Disney's got the Easter "crowd season" running through April 14th this year, with Regular season running from April 15-mid-July http://www.disneyworldbasics.com/disney-world-seasons/.
I think you'll still need to use fastpass and plan your attack, but you won't be overwhelmed with crowds.
