Favorite "Extinct Attraction"

Being fairly new here, I'm sure this has been brought up before, but I'm curious as to what your favorite attraction is that has been removed.

For me, it's "Mr Toads Wild Ride". There was something about the simplicity of that ride that I just loved. I also liked the 'Mickey Mouse Review', but 'Mickey's Philharmagic' makes a pretty good substitution.

Yours?

I always liked 20,000 Leagues.

Here's another great site with extinct stuff and "unbuilt" attractions:

I would have really liked to have seen Horizons. That seemed up my alley.

I would have to say the original Epcot attractions like Horizons, Journey into Imagination and World of Motion.

I really miss Mr. Toad's Wild Ride and am happy that it still exists at Disneyland. I got to ride it there the last two years.

I only saw the Mickey Mouse Revue once, when I was young- back in 1978. If you want to see it bad enough, it only takes a quick trip to Tokyo laugh
There were a couple of other memorable attractions at the Fantasyland Theater since MMR but before Mickey's Philharmagic. Legend of the Lion King is one that stands out to me.

Seriously, I gotta go with everyone else and say the old Epcot attractions--Horizons and World of Motion were my favorites. I could ride those over and over again.

I'm so glad Spaceship Earth is still around. Those roller coaster rumors were scary for awhile.

It seems like the "uniqueness" of the old Epcot attractions was kind of replaced by more "exciting" rides. Or maybe I'm just a fuddy-duddy?

Totally Agree. Don't kill off the classic dark rides. They can't all be Mt. Everest.

Particularly not in Epcot. You've already got the beer to make it fun, you don't necessarily need a big drop.
