Fresh Mediterranean Market Dessert Buffet

So I ate at "Fresh Mediterranean Market" at the Swan today and I thought I'd put a little focus on the dessert buffet there. Every meal comes with unlimited trips to the dessert buffet and the spread there is pretty good. I took a picture of all of them for anyone who's interested.

I tried almost everything (you know, for science!), but I still can't necessarily name everything. I put what they were or what I thought they were.

Fruit Tart

Apple Tart

Angel Food Cake

Chocolate Mousse

Creme Brulee

Cookies

Cheesecake Cake Pops

Brownie Cake Pops

Eclairs?

All of the items were pretty good. I thought the cheesecake pops and the angel food cake were the standouts. The Creme Brulee actually had a bitter taste. I didn't love it, but I bet some would think it was great.

Oh my goodness how wonderful! Everything looks so delish, and I'm a huge sucker for a cake pop these days. There's just something about putting dessert on a stick that I adore. mickey

Cheesecake Pops?!?!? Seriously? I love it..and I must have one.

Ok, so you didn't put a name so I am assuming this is one of those "I am not sure what it is deserts" but does anyone have an idea what that forth picture down that looks like a custard pie is? Those kind of look like Oreos...or maybe I am just craving Oreos..but it looks amazing!

Impressive. I like how they really mix it up, having all types of desserts, and especially some two bite options with the cakepops and mousse-in-a-shot glass jobbies. Thanks for sharing!

I think you got Oreos on the mind laugh I'd guess those are some form of lemon-blueberry tart.

My money is on Jeff's guess the filling gives the appearance of lemon and the topping has the coloring of blueberries.

The filling was almost cheesecakey and the blueberries were not only real blueberries but they were VERY juicy. Every one exploded when I cut into it. Overall it was a pretty good dessert. Although between you and Jeff, now I kind of wish they were Oreos....

OMG that all looks amazing... But I'm assuming that since it's at the swan that that restaurant isn't on the dining plan

Okay..ahem..yeah..blueberries..Oreos...TOTALLY the same thing. For sure.
