Getting things delivered to your resort

I wasn't sure where to post this so feel free to move it!!!

My question is can I order something online from an American company (addidas etc) and get it delivered to my resort either to be waiting of me when I arrive or delivered whilst I'm staying at the resort?

Basically I am from the UK and branded clothing and shoes are a LOT cheaper over on your side of the pond to us and although we will be visiting the premium outlets they tend to have different stuff to the online clearance store and I would really like to put an order in just before we arrive to either be there when we arrive or arrive while we are there (we will be staying for 16 nights)

Also if this is possible does anybody know how easy it would be to return items if they were not what we wanted?

Amy from what I have heard, as long as there is not a signature required for whatever you order, it shouldn't be a problem having it delivered to the resort. They will not sign for anything though.

Now, if you have to return something, that is a different story. You would probably have to go off property to either a Fed-Ex or UPS store and if you do not have a car, that could be a problem. The closest UPS store is about 2 miles away behind the AKL. we used it once to send something to California from WDW.

Thanks MrHub!!!! Will look into weather you need a signature for it (everything in the UK gets signed for!!!)

We would have a car for 3 days but it would depend on if the parcel arrived in time for those 3 days I think if I ordered anything I would just make sure it was absolutely correct and the right size

It's more Adidas and Nike I want to order from phil it's to get the trainers and hoodies but thanks for the info!!

You need to make sure that on the shipping label it states that you are a guest and what days you are staying at the resort. As long as that's there you should be fine with getting a delivery. You should also let the front desk know that you're expecting deliveries.

Example:
Your Name
Guest: Arriving 1/01/15 - 1/16/15
Hotel Address

Thanks for that Kristen i think i will see whats available online near the time and if its unmissable offer i might do it but otherwise i might leave it incase something goes wrong!!!! thank you so much
