Believe it or not, Animal Kingdom ended up being my favorite and I didn't even think that was possible. We had such a good time the day we went there. I loved Everest, the Finding Nemo musical was amazing, the food, everything... I dont see how people think its just a 1/2 day park, we were there from about 10 until it closed and I could have stayed longer! haha!
