Is Narcoossee's "romantic"? The pictures I've seen look kind of like a standard seafood place.

It's pretty much what you'd find at any seaside resort. Light woods, blue accents, etc. It's less "themed" than other Disney resorts, but at least it doesn't have the 90's Urbana that California Grill is stuck with!
As for romantic, it definitely depends on who you're with.

We loved it there! It was one of my best meals in Disney World...ever!

Great pics! Don't the cheese plates usually have 4 cheeses though? Are you holding a cheese out on us?
