I've never understood what exactly yorkshire pudding IS. Dessert? Bread? Both? Neither?

Yorkshire pudding is served as part of a roast dinner, along with meat, potatoes, vegetables and gravy! It is meant to be seen as part of a main, not as a dessert. It's made using the same ingredients as pancakes though! I grew up in Yorkshire, and I hate yorkshire puddings. I think they're awful, but then again I am pretty much almost alone in hating pancakes too. Most people love yorkshire puds!

I love Yorshire Pudding, expecially as part of a roast dinner.

Dsoup, it's easy enough to make your own.
