So as I said in my intro post I live about 30 minutes from the world and am thinking about buying a seasonal pass once my job starts and I start making money
I've read about it and I would really like to do it but just had a few questions since I couldn't find my answers elsewhere.. does anyone know with the seasonal pass/any pass- for MNSSHP and MVMCP do you have to buy separate tickets for those even if you have a pass? and if so, anyone know how much they would run? Also, what are ya'lls thoughts about buying a seasonal pass? I'm not gonna buy one until I have made friends that also have a pass and will promise to go with me! But other than that, any other thoughts? Let me here 'em!
Seasonal pass?? Pros/cons?
We have annual passes and love them. We get some discounts with it. As for MNSSHP and MVMCP , yes you have to buy seperate tickets. Annual passes are only for general admission into the parks. Annual passes also have no black out dates where as Fl resident passes do.

Tikiman Pages / Mrhubs Disney FaceBook PageWe have the FL resident annual pass w no black out dates as we are teachers and we go the most during the summer. We do the monthly payment plan which works well for us. We count it as part of our monthly entertainment budget. We average at least a trip every other week, a lot of times once a week throughout the year. We have had passes since we moved to FL 13 yrs ago and it is a great value for us. You will learn all the ways to save $ and all the short cuts and ins and outs in no time as you go more often. We did a cost-ratio for the FL resident w black out and the FL resident w/o blackout and the one w/o the black out is a better value if you are going to use it. It also includes parking, but you can park at boardwalk for free and walk to the EPCOT back entrance if you have the blackout pass.
You need to look at your schedule and lifestyle to decide which is the best for you. The annual works for us as we have spent Christmas day and other holidays there, and we go alot in the summer - we were there Sunday and are going tomorrow. We go to EPCOT a lot for the concert series, something you may want to consider if you like music.
Hope that helps. I know there are some other FL residents and locals on here that have different options.

We have had annual passes with no blackouts in the past, and now I have the FL resident weekday pass, which works for me, because I work from home and can go during the week. Sometimes I don't love the blackouts, but in reality, we don't tend to go during those blacked out times because they are so busy. We find that they are completely worth, and do pay for themselves in rather short order.
If your budget allows, I would recommend the annual passes with no blackouts and free parking. It's wonderful freedom! But if not, check out the seasonal, and especially the weekday and Epcot after 4 (if Epcot is your favorite). Depending on your schedule, these might work for you. Also, it's less of an investment if you find that you don't use it as much as you thought.
As Julie said though, the payment plan is a buster of a good thing! I plan to use it if I end up upgrading my tickets at some point.
I'm a CM, so my ID is prettymuch like an annual pass and I love it. If I wanna get up early one morning and go to AK, ride a few rides, then head over to Epcot and eat lunch then leave, I can. Or if I wanna wait until 6 and go to MK just to walk around and watch Wishes, I can do that too. And when you only live about 30mins out its really nothing to just spontaneously decide you wanna go! But it also depends on your work schedule and budget.

That really helped- thank you! I never knew about the back entrance for Epcot and I will probably do that since it'll save money and I LOVE Epcot so I'll be killing 2 birds with one stone!! I plan to do the monthly payment plan since at the moment I couldn't lay out $600 or whatever it is. Thank you very much for your help, I plan to probably just do the seasonal pass since I won't really wanna go on Christmas and other holidays since they're too busy for me, maybe when I get some more patience

Thank you for your help! I plan to just do the seasonal pass for now because I don't really mind the blackouts as I don't like going when it's extremely busy anyway and I plan to hit MNSSHP and MVMCP before it gets busy anyway. So once again, thank you!

Ahhh being a CM must be so nice
as I'm sure you read up above, I'll probably just do the seasonal for now since I have no idea what my work schedule will be like and I won't wanna go when it's busy anyway. Thank you for your help!
If Epcot is your favorite, there's always the EPCOT after 4 pass to consider. Although there's no flexibility w other parks, we had them on a low budget year and we did use them alot. They are designed for locals who go just for the concert series in the evening and they are very reasonable. The concerts alone make it worth while although it is quite restrictive. No blackout dates, it's just EPCOT any day after 4:00.
