Should we make Lunch ADRs?

There are 4 of us going who all travel very differently

Courtney (me) - will likely wake up early, eat something in room, go to the parks and come back around 1 to sit by the pool then explore other resorts. I am not a food person. I snack all day (usually veggies or healthy snacks) and eat a normal sized meal for supper. The portions I see in pictures look huge to me and I think it is crazy that people eat that much. (I am not a good buffet person in terms of value but I like picking my own food)
Glendon - will wake up early and go to the parks, might come back in the afternoon to nap. He loves food
Eric - He wants to sleep in other than the 2 days we are making him wake up early for AK and DHS. He'd be happy even if the parks didn't exist. He just wants to relax, swim, explore resorts and take pictures. He also really loves food.
Alex - I'm not to sure what his plans are but he likes his camera and he likes food. I think he'll be a go with the flow kind of person on this trip

We have dinner ADRs each day and one lunch ADR while we're at AK. Do you think we should make more and if we get to them we do, if not, we can cancel them the night before?

I usually just do one ADR per day and eat the other meals at counter service restaurants. There are some very good ones if you know where to look. That way you save money and time, and you get to try out some of the counter service food.

I'll be honest, I'd eat at Earl of Sandwich everyday if it wasn't in Downtown Disney.

Thanks for your opinons!

There are plenty of great counter service meals you can do all over the property. I would just stick with one a dya to allow more flexibility.
