Lots of Anniversary love goes out today for Disney's Boardwalk Inn as it turns 20 years old! This unique resort brought seaside fun to the Epcot area resorts with it's turn-of-the-century Atlantic City style. Over the years this has been a fantastic location to stay, play, and even get married.

We love the water views - sitting out on the balcony and watching the Friendship boats. We also love the view of the actual Boardwalk and all the entertainment in the evening.
The Boardwalk Inn will always be special to Ken and I as it was the first deluxe resort we stayed at and our first room upgrade. 
This is my husbands favorite resort and my second favorite (sorry AKL is first). It is great if you spend a lot of time at Epcot and HS. A great resort to stroll around in the evening and so many great restaurants. We love the Belle Vue Lounge, it is always a great place to stop at after a long day at the parks.
Got to love the Belle Vue Lounge! Great end of the night spot. Very good wines by the glass. Dont over look the balcony there, great place to watch the evening wind down.
We stayed here last September. I loved having a Boardwalk View We also enjoyed the Ballyho Tour that they offered.
We're trying for rooms here for our November 2017 trip. I already have a deposit down with a DVC rental site so that they can hopefully jump on it as soon as the 11 month window opens. I LOVE walking along the boardwalk. The magician, the margaritas, the whole atmosphere is fantastic.

I love everything about the Boardwalk such a great resort.
My favorite things are the boardwalk view if you are lucky to get one.
The Clown Water slide.
The Boardwalk Bakery (yum yum)
Running down at night to grab a funnel cake and going back to the room to watch the fireworks.
International Gateway into Epcot
Walking distance to both Epcot and HS and also the boat service to both.
