Thanks so much!

I am a vegan and love putting the Disney chefs to the test! So far, so great! I have had some great meals. Our favorite restaurant is Jiko.

We set sail on the Dream in 13 days and arrive back to the World January 16th!

Looking forward to getting to know you all!

Quick question??? How do you know when a thread you subscribed to has new messages??? Thanks Sorry if its obvious I am still trying to figure it all out.

How blessed can one person be. I am on the bus with a silly grin feeling very at home!
My favorite parks are Epcot and Mk. Not necessarily in that order. It all depends on my mood. silly my hubby and I have no kids so we sometimes share different experiences than those with little ones. We love traveling down to the World with my 3 nieces. Wish it could happen more but grateful for the chances we get. We live for food. Hubby eats meat I do not. Usually makes for an interesting food report.

Hello to my new and to my old friends. Thank you

Technically no we are not. My nieces have to get back to school on Monday. However when we get off the boat Sunday, bright and early, we are renting a van and shooting to MK for the day. Even if just a few hours. We have a late flight out in the evening so we have some time to kill.

Gotcha, well at least you get to see MK for the day. I love to cruise, but I can't imagine going on a Disney cruise now without stopping the World.

Welcome, Yogini Sue!

That is quite a pose you have going on there! What's that one called? How long have you been practicing yoga? I think yoga is so relaxing and fun, but I'm really not that bendy. I guess I just need to keep practicing, huh?

We're glad to have you!

Do you find that the chefs at Disney will go out of their way to accommodate your needs as a vegan?

Hi Nancy
Thanks so much!!!

Yes, they Chef's go out of their way to accommodate vegans. I have had some delicious meals around the World. Jiko remains our favorite service, the even have a separate vegan menu. Sometimes the choices are very limited but mostly prepared very well.

This is padmasana (lotus pose) while in sarvangasana (shoulder stand), still a work in progress but, I am getting there. Believe it or not, I am not super bendy but, breath work helps me flow into most poses. I have been practicing for several years and teaching for a little over two. I also find it very relaxing, it has become a way of life.

Namaste!
Sue

Well, that is SUPER impressive! And, you MUST KNOW that you inspired me to go to a yoga class the other day! I hadn't been to one in a LONG while, but that padmasana you're doing in that avatar photo, man, is something ELSE! So, thanks for encouraging me to get my yoga on, even though that wasn't your intention!

Namaste! Woop! Woop! Smile
