Darn it, we had to add two days to the beginning of our F&W trip, to get a cheaper flight out. 
Fortunately, our waitlist came thru at BWV too. So now the dates are:
Oct 4-11 and in 2012 it's May 6-11

we're definitely going to "eat around the world" more than once while we're there (especially 10/1-8 when we're staying @ the Beach Club right next to Epcot!). and I want to go to the 3D Dessert Discovery on 10/14. also waiting for the demonstrations to be scheduled.

As the male version of you, it's natural I am as much a DIsney dork and can keep you company there - I informed Joe I have selected our 2013 WDW dates!

Dates aren't set in stone, but we are doing 2 Days at US/IOA for Harry and 7 to 9 days in WDW. Aiming to start Dec 1, 2012 and hoping to rent points for a Value Studio at AKL and stay at Royal Pacific Resort for early entry to Harry at IOA.
We'll know dates at the 11 month window when the person we are renting from can firm up our room at WDW.
No DDP this time, I think it's more expensive than what you get now and since we are doing DVC no free dining option. Boma is for sure on our itinerary at least once though
