The Magic Kingdom's Main Street Electrical Parade is ending on October 9 and moving to the Disneyland Resort for a "limited-time encore engagement." Disneyland's Paint the Night Parade, which was part of its Diamond Celebration, ends on September 5.
The Main Street Electrical Parade is a fan-favorite and features floats honoring characters and films including Alice in Wonderland, Cinderella, and more. Tinker Bell lights the way during the parade.
If you're making plans to see this iconic parade before it ends its run on October 9, just remember that the parade doesn't run on the nights of Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.
Fans are hoping that perhaps the Paint the Night Parade is a replacement, but Disney says as of right now there are no plans to bring that parade to the Magic Kingdom.
How do you feel about the end of the Main Street Electrical Parade? What do you think will replace it? Let us know in the comments.

What a shame, I hope they will bring back, when they realize they made a mistake.

I'm so glad that I will be there October 3-12 and will get to see it. Because so many other things are gone now, that I didn't get to experience.
