I got the email for BOG FP yesterday. I'm tempted but there are so many places to try. I had dinner there on the last two trips.

We absolutely loved our lunch there if that sways you at all! It was our favorite CS meal we had on our trip.

I haven't gotten an email but i managed to get a FP+ from the site. I was at 25 days when a spot finally came available so your chances are still good 
I didn't get the email but I was able to book 26 days ahead of the specific day I wanted to have lunch there. Keep trying x

So today for the SECOND time, I have clicked on Cali Grill to make an ADR and the web page goes blank on me.... 
I get on the app and NOTHING Is available on the same day it is showing online.... I wish they would get it together.
I really don't like calling and talking to people, takes way too long...

One good thing about having to change our trip to January is that we can get adds for just about anywhere we want! Haven't done fast passes yet.
Damn you Disney!!!! Starting November 5, Elsa will be turning the castle into an ice palace... So now I am sitting here thinking, should I switch my MK day for another day. I have us scheduled to be in the MK on the 4th of course.
I would have to switch all fast passed and ADR's. Should I? Shouldn't I? It only says she will be changing it. No mention of special fireworks. Wonder if it's the same as it looks for Christmas with the icicle lights or if it will be something different?
Also, Should I switch out my Star Wars FP for the Frozen Sing-Along... I really don't care for Star Tours but the hubby does. While it is my bday and he has left it all to me, I really want him to enjoy the trip too. Is the standby line normally very long. Last time I think we just waited like 45 min...
And of course ANOTHER glitch kept me from Cali Grill. Tried to call the reservations line but had to hang up after 25 minutes...

This is the Castle Christmas lighting show. Ever other year it has been the Fairy Godmother that lights it up and the show is usually about 7-8 minutes long. I love this little show and try to catch it as often as possible every year from Nov-Dec. I don't know how they will change the show this year but I definitely want to see it.
As far as changing your FP+ from Star tours to Frozen sing along-absolutely! We've been there a few times this summer, our most recent visit was last weekend, and you may not get in if you risk standby. You will have a long wait in standby and you still may not get in. Star tours on the other hand regularly has 10-20 minute wait times when we are there and it has always been available for a fourth option FP+ when we've checked. If you know you want to see the Frozen sing along definitely get a FP+ for it!
Awesome, thanks! I have never seen the Christmas lights on the castle either but thought if it was going to be something different I should try. Maybe a Christmas trip in in our future.

Thats awesome! Im still trying to get an earlier time for Ohana. Im kinda spoiling my pre trip report here, but I have Ohana on a Tuesday for like 9:15pm.... not too happy. Been trying to get in earlier since I've been able to make the reservation, but so far no luck. Maybe your luck can rub off and help me out... ha ha ha

You can change it even when you are there everytime we used it they confirm your order and ask if that's what you want still so you could change it then too sometimes a person asks and sometimes it's the machine but either way the option is there at check in dont worry about it! But I do recommend the pork!!!!
So jealous that you were able to get into BOG! I keep trying for ADRs and it's not happening, but I'll give the FastPass a try when we get closer.
