Just call DVC member Services. That is exactly what I did a week ago. Easy Peasy.

Yes, call directly. When we renewed our regular annual pass, I tried to do it online, but you have to live in Florida for that if I remember correctly. It was easy over the phone and the CM gave me a reference number to add to MDE. We then went to Guest Services at the park when we arrived and it was all taken care of within 5 minutes.
