Emotions In Motion...

Good Morning All... Confession time...( Go easy on me Mr F ) You know I reckon I've got a female side to me eek ..Relax, I'am not a cross dresser...But certain films always make me cry..( It's a Wonderful Life ) And reading true stories.. Sad( But is there anything at WDW that always has yourself grabbing a tissue...Hall of Presidents does it for me...The show I'am talking about..It always brings a tear to my eye..Seeing Cinderella's Castle on that first night..Phew!...And this year I dread saying goodbye as it will be our final farewell...So what makes you cry at WDW..?..Come on Mr F...Confess.. wink

I agree with toy story 3 have cried at that waaaaaay to may times, also princess and the frog cried way to many times!

at the parks I think I'm more in awe of everything rather than tearing up however I have been known to shed a tear in the American Pavilion at the american adventure and feeling like I want to cry when leaving as even though I've decided I'm coming back its the fact that I cant just stay!

Only time Wishes got me was when we did Pirates & Pals, somehow more emotional watching it from the water rather than up close.

it will be our last trip to WDW this year too, though heading to DL/DCA in 2020 (hopefully for my 50th) so our last night in Disney will be at MVMCPand I plan to stay for the Last Kiss Goodnight so expect that might get me teary).

Films get me all the time, Toy Story definitely and Princess & the Frog but Ariel got me the other day.

I usually tear up at the end of Fantasmic! Toy Story 3 got to me a little bit, Brave got to me and Frozen got to me as well.

Oh gosh, it seems like I cry at the drop of a hat sometimes. Seeing the castle gets me choked up. And when I am leaving MK for the last time on a trip, also gets me.

Toy Story 3 at the end always has me in water works. I guess when you have a 15 year old DS, who is looking at colleges, it just hits close to home. But the worst is UP. I tried to watch it, and it didn't even get 2 minutes into it and I was crying so hard, the kids were looking down the couch at me asking if I was OK. Still haven't watched it through.

Why does crying me you have a feminine side? There is absolutely nothing wrong with a man showing emotion. mickey

For myself the American Adventure gets me every time, it's the song.

For Real! We saw it in the theater with our friends and their three children. We walked out of the theater and the four adults are sobbing uncontrollably and the kids are looking at us like we're all nuts! I still can't watch the last scene dry-eyed. You have to be an adult to "get" that movie!

I definitely agree with Toy Story 3 and UP, but one that gets me everytime, in at least 3 different places, is The Fox & The Hound! Waterworks without fail!

Illuminations, when they're showing people all over the world living in peace and harmony, and I'm thinking this is the way the world should be.

The American Adventure, when they acknowledge the ginormous pile o' crap that is part of our history but also show the potential of all of us, wherever our ancestors came from, and I'm thinking this is the way our country should be.

Hall of Presidents, not so much. I've read a biography of every American president up to Woodrow Wilson and I know my 20th century history for the rest of them, so I know a few of those dudes were first-class schmucks. I'm not talking about normal human flaws, I'm talking about Trail of Tears and slavery-type schmuckiness. But I do get a little sappy when they get to Barack Obama because I'm proud my country has evolved to the point where a person of African descent could become president. And I look forward to the day when there's a woman up on that stage, whoever she happens to be and regardless of whether she had my vote (although of course I hope it's someone I voted for).

I forgot about the American Adventure...I was thinking MK. Yes, American Adventure has caused a tear or two.

Not sure how anyone who has ever loved another person can sit through that segment of Up dry-eyed!! That is such a beautiful movie!

Hunchback--God Help the Outcasts. That one gets me, too.

Up and Toy Story 3 for sure. I am sure I cry during all the movies at some point lol... I admit I am a very emotional person... Getting off the interstate and seeing the Disney sign, ok... driving into all of the parks and seeing the signs at each one... Leaving is always hard even though I know we will go back again... Seeing my kid's face when she is having the time of her life. Looking back at some of those pics will do it too!!!

I always cry in Pollyanna when Aunt Polly finally realizes just how much she loves her. UP goes without saying my new favorite Disney movie.

I am mindblown no one has put Mufasa's death from TLK. Anyone who grew up in the 90s has that moment on their list for sure. I don't physically cry but my heart, man, I feel the gradual cracks from the "Long live the king" from Scar and his intentional release of Mufasa off the cliff to the Simba's realization that his father is dead after his yells for help.

I was only a child when I watched this, I saw it at home on rental with my dad... I've still not let him live it down that he was sobbing away to it.... Wink I couldn't believe that my dad, the big hard policeman was crying at a cartoon!

I bawl my eyes out at that part of UP! You wouldn't know it now but I spent 17yrs trying to have my first 2 children (12yrs for Charlotte and another 5yrs for Archie), i am sure someone who has been through it wrote that section of the film as they portray it so eloquently. Lucy was a surprise!

I tear up every time I leave the MK for the last time on a trip. Usually because I don't know when I'll be getting back.

They are happy tears but watching the kids faces light up when they see the castle for the first time.
I cry every time with Toy Story 3 even more so since I moved out of my home town.

Oh my - I have a lot! The part in Fox and Hound when the lady takes him out and leaves him in the forest! The expression on Todd's face when she is driving away - he does not understand at all. Wipes me out!
