I love Disney... but my dog? Apparently not...

sad
And this is what I found on the floor yesterday morning! Jessie, my 5 year old Lab-Border Collie, decided that while WE call it a MagicBand, SHE calls it a chewy toy! The weird thing is that it had been lying where she found it for weeks, totally ignored and unmolested! I guess she found out that she is heading to the kennel in early June when I take a short trip to Orlando, including a day at one of the Parks. Well...she tried to stop me from going but sorry, Jess....the trip is still ON!!! biggrin

My dog did not like Mickey Mouse.

When we went to WDW on our honeymoon, way back when, I bought a little stuffed Mickey for my niece, who was 2 years old at the time. When I gave it to her, she absolutely loved it. muchlove We left the house and left Mickey sitting on the mantel of the fireplace. Well, Sandy (the dog) got it down off the mantel and ripped Mickey's face off! eek When we got home, Kimmy (my niece) was so upset. We immediately went to the Disney Store to get a replacement. When we got back to my house, Kimmy showed it to Sandy and said, "Ha ha doggie!" laugh Everytime she came over my house after that, that little stuffed Mickey never left her hand.

I'm not sure if this question is directed at me or Jessiebelle, but I'll answer it.

No. She was not regretful in the least. She loved to chew buttons off things. She chewed the buttons off the top of every one of my husbands's baseball caps, many pairs of pants and various shirts. Mickey's nose was a little plastic button type thing. Hence, the ripping off of the face. laugh

Uh no....she is a dog without guilt or remorse! Her puppy eyes & sweet nature, however, keeps her in my good graces....

Our Mister would do the exact same thing if he had a chance I'm sure!
