2 little girls in front of us:
Kid 1: "Look in the tree!"
Kid 2: "What is it??"
Kid 1: "I think it's a chihuahua"

And a mother and daughter going through the bird section of the maharajah jungle trek:

Daughter: "I don't like birds...if this was full of puppies that would be awesome"

LOL! I do like birds, but if they had a building full of kittens I would probably never leave.

Edited to add: What am I saying? I live in a building full of cats! And here's one right now.

Toooo funny! I'm with the little girl - give me puppies instead of birds!

It's the Milky Way from Beaches and Cream! I've been waffling back and forth between this and the No Way Jose....this was calling me in the end Smile

That looks good! Was that from the to-go counter?

I've also been wanting to try both those sundaes. I might just have to get both in September to compare. I mean it will be HOT and we are staying at Beachclub wink

It was, Spook. And it was soooo good! Caramel won me over vs. the peanut butter, so I went that way! We will have to rely on you for the NWJ review! We ended up cancelling our Beaches and Cream ressies about 2 hours ahead of the time - it just wasn't sounding good at the time.

A few picture from today. After AK, we went back over to EPCOT for Starbucks and dinner. We went with Norway, which was a surprising hit! Pictures later, but let me just say that in 9 trips, we had never tried school bread until now. What were we thinking?? Wow, was that good!

Our plans for the rest of the week have us going to DTD tomorrow morning, then over the MK for the day. EPCOT again on Friday, and then the one-two Saturday morning punch of HS at 8 am for Rock n Roller Coaster and ToT, then over to MK for 7D, HM and Pirates (and a few others), lunch and then off to the airport.

The weather was hot again today - low 90's - but is supposed to cool down nicely tomorrow and Friday.

Probably done posting for the most part until we get home and do a trip report. Hope folks enjoyed following along with us for the first part of the trip Smile

And these things are sooooo coooool! We didn't ride this time, but it would be fun. Per one of the captains, they have a fleet of 8 that they rotate regularly - 6 on site and 2 in the shop for routine maintenance.

Well, as the sun sets on our final night, we have to say this was one of the most awesome trips yet. We had a fantastic time. Flight leaves tomorrow evening, so we will hit up MK for some final rides, lunch at Cosmic Rays, and then head on out.

PS - the macaron ice cream sandwiches from France are sooooooo gooooood! Smile
