Menus and Additional Details Announced for Fifth Annual Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic

The fifth annual Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic is scheduled to take place this fall, coinciding with the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival.

The two-day Food and Wine Classic is scheduled for Friday, October 31, and Saturday, November 1 at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel.

This event gives guests an opportunity to learn at food and wine seminars conducted by experts in their fields, and enjoy wine and food at tasting booths along the Causeway. The booths feature wines from around the world and dishes from each of the Swan and Dolphin's nine restaurants.

The seminars are scheduled to start both days at 4:30 p.m. and the Causeway Booths will open at 5:30 p.m. After dark there is live music to accompany the dining under the stars.

The 2014 Food and Wine Classic features 10 seminars including Beer and Wine, Spirits and Mixology, Pasta Making, the Fine Art of Sushi and Sake, Tequila University, and the Cheese Course.

For complete details and prices on the seminars visit the Disney Food Blog's page detailing the 2014 Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic seminars.

Once the seminars end, the tasting booths open for guests along the promenade between the Swan and Dolphin. The menus, wine tastings, and more information for this year's event are listed on the Disney Food Blog. This year the Food and Wine Classic is also introducing a Beer Garden for an additional charge.

The Swan and Dolphin has a one-night room and event package and a two-night room and event package. The one night room package includes accommodations for two adults and two causeway event passes, while the two night package includes accommodations for two nights and two causeway passes for each night. For reservations call the Swan and Dolphin at 888-828-8850.
