Hi Guys! I'm Praisegirl and new to the site. I decided to join when my kids decided that hey were too grown for Disney. Can you imagine that!! I am currently planning two trips to WDW. The first is for the Experience Worship conference that will end with Night of Joy and the other is in December to attend MVMCP and Candlelight Processional.
I look forward to meeting new friends who like me will never outgrow the Mouse!

The Experience Conference is a 3 day conference to help worship leaders and their teams develop their skills and develop new ones to lead worship. Itis for leaders, songwriters, worship pastors and the like. Along with workshops lead by top leaders in the field, there is a night of worship service each night. The event culminates with Disney's Night of Joy. The conference is being held at the Contemporary Hotel.

I sing with the choir at Mount Paran Church , here in Atlanta. I also lead worship at other churches as well as lead a drama ministry.
As for Disney, I love the parades and shows the most. My favorite parade was Spectromagic and my favorite fireworks show is Illuminations. I work in television here in ATL but I am from Buffalo, NY and would love to return there one day. I made my first trip to Disney with my dad when I was 25 and feel in love with it. I grew up watching the Wonderful World of Disney on Sunday nights so it was a dream come true to actually go.
Praisegirl from PirateGirl. I am so glad you joined our growing group. The convention sounds like a great time. I am choir director at my church and would really enjoy taking part in that and Disney. Let us know the convention turns out!

Sorry I'm late to the party! So glad that you've found us and decided to join in. Conferences at Disney are the best! Which resort is yours being held at?
We have never done the night of worship. But the candle light processional was amazing. Jodi Benson presented our night and you could feel how closely she felt the story of our salvation. Very moving.
Looking forward to reading more about your trips!
I would LOVE to do Night of Joy! Our youth go to the one at Universal every year, I can't remember what it's called. I say I want to go to Night of Joy every year and have never been. Have fun!
