Disney Food Blog has the Be Our Guest Restaurant Menu and a Reservations Update! Still no details on WHEN exactly it will be opening but I'm loving the menu! Very interesting that lunch will be counter service on china....I like it!

To me this info is really nothing new to me... just kinda fills in some speculation on what was going to be served. But the biggest question has still yet to be answered..... I need to know if I need to save up more money or not darn it!!!!!! And August is making it tight!

Yum, looks delicious! I think the Counter Service for lunch option is interesting. I also love that they are getting on board with a quinoa option. I have recently fallen in love with quinoa. Do any other Disney restaurants have this?

The only one I've heard of is Boma, and I don't know if that's even true. It was just mentioned in conversation that they sometimes have it.

I am over the top excited too about this restaurant. Will be there with bells on Thanksgiving week, and maybe even after Christmas. Don't get out of school early enough to get down before.

I saw this someplace else but I still don't get it. Can you only make reservations for November 19th on the 20th or can you make a reservations for any day after November 19th starting the 20th?

You can make a reservation for any day, starting with dinner on November 19th, as long as you're in your 180 day window.

I called disney Dining after I asked you and the CM was surprised by the info. "We are starting the 20th?" "Are you sure? Did you read that on the WDW site or Disney Food Blog?" She was so shocked by the news she put me on hold to verify it.
