It's a book that's been four years in the making, and now it's almost ready to make its debut in Disney Parks Stores. The book includes over 300 posters and concepts, including some "never before seen" prints and almost all of the original 1950's Disneyland posters. Says author and Imagineer Hunt about her book:

Art Attack Is Back On Disney

If you were watching Disney in the 80's and 90's, you might remember Art Attack. This was a show in which the host, Neil Buchanan, created murals and art using items found in everyday life. Coming soon, a new generation of Disney fans can see the revived version of the show on Disney Junior.

The show gets an updated host (Jassa Ahluwalia), but will retain the same premise. In addition, "Big Art Attacks" will be featured much as they were in the past. Viewers tuning in can expect to see new characters and sets.

Stop In For Cocktails at Art Smith’s Shine Bar

When the days are warm and lazy nothing is quite as nice as settling in on the covered porch to admire the springs and enjoy a cocktail at Art Smith's Shine Bar. You'll find this welcoming spot tucked off to the side of Homecoming Florida Kitchen just waiting for you to drop in and stay a spell. Keep reading to learn about one of my favorite new spots for cocktail Friday!

Paying Homage To The Filmmakers at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Since the earliest days of film, makers have been driven to believe that fantasies can come true and that we can create our own reality. The legendary movie studios that mad their home in Hollywood, California were full of such dreamers, dedicated filmmakers who lived to share their visions with the world. Walt Disney himself once said that "Movies are a medium of expression like a symphony orchestra, or a painter's brush or canvas." Disney's Hollywood Studios pays homage to those artists who capture their glittering dreams by technological magic.

Coca-Cola Store Orlando at Disney Springs

Disney Springs has grown to be quite a destination in the past year, with world-class shopping, dining, and entertainment. On my last trip I spent quite a bit of time wandering the new sections, and one of my favorite places was the first place we went was the Coca-Cola Store. Coca-Cola has been a Disney partner since 1942, and this new store is a showpiece for the company.

Saturday Style: Accessories For The Modern Mermaid

What do you get for the girl who has everything? How about some hot accessories so she can flaunt her modern mermaid style. This spring Hot Topic is showing off a bold collection inspired by Disney's The Little Mermaid. The pieces showcased below are just a couple of my favorites, the full collection includes everything from swimsuits and flip flops, to skater dresses and sweaters.

Saturday Style: Jasmine's Night Out

Let him show you the world wearing this date night ensemble inspired by Princess Jasmine. Beautiful peacock blue tones are delicately highlighted with gold accessories fit for a desert princess. A stunning handbag from Disney's The Art of Jasmine collection gives us the "exotic peacock-inspired design and faceted jewels" that elegantly play off the florals in a rich jaquard dress that can go from cocktail hour to the charity ball.

Saturday Style: Maleficent

Disney's Maleficent with Anglelina Jolie premiered in theaters on Friday, and you can read our review of it here. To celebrate the movie release why not add a little bit of the guardian fairy's style to your home and wardrobe. This sinisterly stylish Draped Tank Top for Women features minimalist art and dazzling studs, all inspired by Disney's live-action film Maleficent. Wear it with a pair of stretchy high waisted pants. These have a double-breasted buttons perfect for giving your look casual elegance.

Asante Faux Watches At Disney's Kidani Village

One of my favorite things about the Walt Disney World Resort is all the exquisite little details that the Imagineers use to create an atmosphere. It's these details combined into a larger theme that transports the delights the guest senses and transports them to another time or place. Every now and then in this world of fantasy the Imagineers will even include some genuine cultural treasure. The art and artifacts on display at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge are some of the best.

A Classic Disney Souvenir: The Silhouette

There are all sorts of fun and unique souvenirs that can be brought at Walt Disney World to commemorate your vacation, but one of the most charming and endearing of the classic Disney trinkets may be the Silhouettes. The art of silhouette cutting originated in the courts of Europe but had it's heyday in 19th Century America. This beautiful paper craft makes home in the heart of Main Street, and in several other locations across the Walt Disney World property.
