There's been a lot going on down in Walt Disney World, as the Parks and Resorts get ready to greet the Spring Break crowds. Read on on to learn how the Disney crowd is kickin' it this Spring with new fun filled adventures, and old favorites that are standing strong.

Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks Reopen After Hurricane Irma

The Walt Disney World Resort felt the force of Hurricane Irma Sunday night after the hurricane took a turn and headed north to Orlando. The theme parks were closed Sunday and Monday due to the storm, but the Resort hotels were full of guests riding out the wind and rain.

MyMagic+ Program and MagicBands Expanding to Other Disney Parks

Soon Walt Disney World Resort won't be the only Disney Park utilizing the billion dollar MyMagic+ program that includes the ubiquitous MagicBands. According to recent reports, the system will be expanded at other Disney theme parks in some variation.

Disney Springs & Disney Resort Hotels To Temporarily Close Due To COVID-19 Precautions

The Walt Disney Company has now made the decision to temporarily close all of the Disney owned and operated locations including shops and restaurants at Disney Springs beginning Tuesday, March 17, through the end of the month.
