Lunch at Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano in Disney's Hollywood Studios

Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano has been a table service staple at Disney's Hollywood Studio for decades. Tucked in the far back of the Muppets Courtyard, past 'PizzaRizzo' and 'It's A Wonderful Shop', the brightly colored awning and streamers of overhead flags welcome hungry guests to come inside and enjoy a meal. Two Snack Credit Breakfast on the Go at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Breakfast options at Disney Hollywood Studios are what I call, limited. While there is a Character Breakfast it's focused on the Disney Junior set which can make it less than desirable for some older Disney travelers. I wasn't sure where I would end up eating the morning we went to that Park, but I ended up with one of the most delicious treats of my day.

Disney History: Disney's Hollywood Studios Then & Now

The numerous changes that Disney's Hollywood Studios has undergone in its brief 26-year history have only scratched the surface of what's in store for this park. From name changes to attraction changes and two whole new "lands" on the horizon, Michael Eisner's original idea for this park will barely exist as a shadow of it's former self five years from now.

Rosie's Victory Garden at Disney's Hollywood Studios

One of my favorite little corners at Disney Hollywood Studios is home to a charming piece of Americana. Rosie's Victory Garden offers a reminder to guests that even in the glittering Heyday of Hollywood that Americans were facing some of their most trying times. With World War II raging across both the Pacific and the Atlantic those on the homefront were called upon to pitch in any way that they could.
