News Tidbits: Bay Lake Tower Check-In and Typhoon Lagoon Wi-Fi

Here are a couple of recent news tidbits in and around Walt Disney World.

First up, some of you heading out to check-in at the Bay Lake Tower might find the process a bit easier. As of tomorrow, check-in at the Tower will be located in the Tower itself and not through the Contemporary Resort.

Disney Vacation Club Point Charts and Home Resort Advantage Are Great for Early Planners

Disney Vacation Club

The Disney Vacation Club is a great way to own a piece of Disney and get to stay at some incredible resorts. DVC is Disney's version of a vacation ownership program where members buy in at a certain number of points and then have the flexibility to travel where and when they want.

While most people are probably already familiar with DVC there are probably at least few that aren't (don't worry I didn't know a whole lot either.) So I set out to learn a little more about the DVC and share it with you all!

The Top of the World Lounge is a special gem reserved for Disney Vacation Club Members and their guests staying at Disney's Contemporary Resort's Bay Lake Tower. High up on the on the 16th floor of the tower, this retro-modern retreat offers 77 seats and a full service bar overlooking the Magic Kingdom.
