Memory Maker Allows Guests to Download Unlimited Digital Photos at Walt Disney World Resort

The Walt Disney World Resort recently unveiled another option for guests when it comes to viewing and purchasing photos taken by Disney PhotoPass photographers.

The new option is called Memory Maker and it's 100 percent digital. Memory Maker allows guests to download unlimited digital photos of Disney PhotoPass pictures, without having to purchase the photos individually.

Disney Being Sued By A Nun Over 'Sister Act'

It's a lawsuit over twenty years in the making. Delois Blakley recently sued Disney, claiming her 1987 autobiography, The Harlem Street Nun, was the basis for Disney's hit movie "Sister Act" and the theater production that followed.

The same year her book came out, Blakely reportedly wrote a synopsis of the story which she sent out to the movie industry, including a producer at Tri-Star Pictures. She claims that Tri-Star expressed interest in movie rights to the story, and that another producer took the project from Tri-Star to Disney. "Sister Act" was then made.

Disney Hires New Head of Casting

Disney got a new head of casting when it hired Randi Hiller to fill the slot of VP of casting. The post had been vacant since February's layoffs.

Hiller, an independent casting director with more than twenty years of experience, has worked on Marvel pictures in the past, including "The Avengers," "Thor," and "Iron Man 2." Her resume also includes a few past Disney pics - "Miracle" and "Race to Witch Mountain." She is also noted for her work on the Oscar-winner "Crash."
